SAIC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the National Counterintelligence and Security Center’s technology programs. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders driving the future direction of mission systems to protect our nation against intelligence and security threats.

This position will serve as a consultant to system owners by analyzing data and deriving logical conclusions, as well as developing and recommending solutions for operational and strategic challenges. This position is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaboratively partner across teams to develop business data analyses and documentation
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate emerging requirements on a continuing basis
  • Manage relationships with vendors and maintain business processes and procedures including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
  • Conduct daily system analytics to maximize effectiveness and identify problems for troubleshooting in collaboration with technical staff
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration
  • Respond to questions and concerns from leadership with supporting research and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Must posses an Active TS/SCI with CI Poly to be considered
  • Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD and four (4) years or more experience
  • 3+ years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably at ODNI
  • 2+ years’ experience with business analytics and supporting systems development activities
  • Experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • High proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Visio and Tableau
  • Proficiency in standard office software

Desired:

  • Previous experience with Personnel Security
  • Familiarity with Federal Investigation Standards and Continuous Evaluation/Continuous Vetting for the National Security population
