Roles, Responsibilities, and Performance Outcomes.

• Assists with Contractual Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD 254)
• Support in the training of classification markings and procedures
• Assists with writing a Security Classification Guide and is Knowledgeable of how to compile information for classification from a Security classification guide
• Ensuring security training compliance and briefing security requirements
• Supports the preparation of the necessary documents for secure and unsecure facilities (accreditation packages), facility accreditation, and compliance with Risk Management Framework Physical control requirements
• Develops briefings for assigned personnel, improved security education, increased security awareness. (Courier, initial and refresher briefings)
• Knowledgeable of document marking and proper safeguarding
• Providing assistance and training in compilation of sensitive material, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
• Support in the creation of required compartmentalized security/vault Standard operating procedures
• TOD packages: Knows and understands the adjudication processing of Security packages.  Reviews for accuracy and clarity before submission resulting in faster processing
• Assisting with LearnUSMS training for contractors
• Support Security Reviews
• Assist with the coordination of Safe Maintenance and verifying compliance
• Assist in program audit/inspections
• Performing onboarding and offboarding of all personnel
• Badging, Visitor Access Requests (VAR), JCON Accounts, NDA Administration Support
• Updating and maintaining Access Control List
• Providing knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operational Manual (NISPOM)
• Support in the preparation of classified packages for transport and inspections
• Support in the Writing of Standard Operating Procedures for Secure and Sensitive areas
• Providing subject matter expertise to the HQ OPS Insider Threat Working Group

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• BS 8-10, MS 4-6, Additional experience in lieu of a degree
• US Citizenship is required
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
• Candidate must successfully pass DOJ Suitability background investigation prior to starting
• Prior experience with personnel security
• Prior experience maintaining a security program
• Prior experience as an FSO/ DIS access
