SAIC is seeking a GEOINT Systems Engineer to fill a critical position on SAIC’s Prime Program, Landmark AOS located in Denver, CO.

 LANDMARK AOS is SAIC's large Prime SETA contract, supporting the customer’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete program life cycle.

 Responsibilities to include:

  • Perform Systems Engineering activities related to Information Technology or engineering including concept of operations formulation, requirements definition, analysis, and engineering. 
  • Apply SE&I (e.g., processes, mission needs engineering & analysis and I/F definition, project planning/IMS, IV&V, and transition, risk, and readiness management) to program initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Government customer and make recommendations related to management of the requirements.
  • Review Requests For Change (RFC) and RFC development
  • Conduct end to end integration and successful oversight of specific directed capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively across the enterprise and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD or JD and 0 years or more experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Poly
  • Domain experience in Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or Commercial IT programs
  • Familiarity with IV&V and system testing and SE readiness reviews.
  • Knowledge of GEOINT remote sensing systems and overall space and ground architecture including mission control and/or mission processing functions
  • Experience supporting agile acquisition strategy, development, and release planning, as well as continuous integration initiatives supporting mission capability releases enabling End to End GEOINT missions.
  • Proven communication skills especially with senior (Lt Colonel and above) government officials

Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
