SAIC is seeking a Chief Product Owner (CPO) to serve as technical lead for an Air Force project to design, deploy, operate, and maintain learning management systems and services within a cloud-based environment.  (This is a 100% remote position with no onsite requirement)

• The software solution includes industry leading applications such as Moodle, Learning Pool, Moxka, Rustici, Intelliboard, Genius , Mongo, Big Blue Button, I-Assure, and Odyssey.
• Our CPO leads development, testing, and productions teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible.  
• Additionally, the CPO supervises maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure, and ensures CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance actions are executed appropriately, including full automation of testing.
• Ensure policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations are implemented by developers.
• The CPO monitors successful release management by ensuring code is migrated from development and testing environments to staging and production.
• The CPO works closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms.  
• Finally, the CPO provides guidance and ensures Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices are followed to streamline product delivery and reliable operations.
• The CPO will be responsible for guiding, mentoring and managing the efforts of three separate but symbiotic teams required for the Development, Independent Verification and Validation, and Production deployment of a cloud based education solution. 
• This position is responsible for orchestrating technical efforts, from inception to fielding, of a complete and functional platform-agnostic system supporting ~1M users.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more of related experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more of related experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more of related experience; or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be US Citizen and actively possess a Secret Clearance
• Must have a Sec+ certification

Desired Certifications: AWS Solution Architect Professional, Jira Project Administrator, Certified Scrum Professional, (ISC)2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
