SAIC is seeking a top-notch Facilities/Business Process Analyst to join our talented team at Chantilly, VA. This position will have dual responsibilities of project management as well business ops and requires an active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph.

The project management responsibilities includes oversight of the cost estimating function and coordination with the cost estimating team and the Project Managers and finance team.  The cost estimating team will be responsible for providing reviews and insight of all client projects prior to approval.  The cost estimating team will review internally developed cost estimates as well as SOWs for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.  You will be responsible for managing communication to and from the cost estimating team, ensuring they are appropriately prioritized, and tracking down additional details.   

The business operations responsibilities include strategic planning and budget programming and planning.  In this role you will work directly with the client in developing the plan for execution, identifying the funding necessary for that plan, and clearly communicating it to key stakeholders.  Communication with the leadership teams at the client’s sites is critical to ensure all parties are appropriately informed.      

Responsibilities include:

• Help develop and execute the client’s strategy 
• Participate in budget planning and programming exercises
  • Determine site priorities through interviews and discussions with team members, customers, and other contractors
  • Gather all required data and submit it as required
• Ensure proper coordination with site leadership, the HQ organization, and Congress when necessary
• \Ensure up-to-date project management data 
• Participate in established facilities forums

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
• Bachelors and 6 years or more of related experience; Masters and 4 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 0 years or more experience. 
  • Note: Professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates
• Demonstrated business operations skills associated with strategic planning, budget programming and planning, and communication
• Expert level Microsoft Excel skills and experience
• PowerPoint expertise required

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the client
• Demonstrated understanding of facility Operations and Maintenance budgetary processes (planning, programming, and execution in relation to financial management)
• Demonstrated experience facilities/construction cost estimating
