SAIC is looking for an Engineering Technician IV in Crane, IN to support the U.S. Navy. This position is fully onsite working 2nd shift hours.

Job Description:

• Provides technical support for AEA assigned systems or platforms to include the modification, maintenance, repair, and upgrade (MRU) of fielded EW systems and related Support Equipment
• Test and evaluate AEA and related systems, subsystems, equipment and components both locally and at other test sites and locations
• Conduct routine repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration and testing; in-line repair and testing; operation of test equipment
• Coordinate test schedules; prepare inputs for test plans; review test plans and procedures
• Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment or component testing
• Adjust units under test; analyze test results; and determine valid recommendations and conclusions based on test data.
• May perform Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M) supporting testing and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Electronic Modules (EM).

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's Degree in related discipline and two (2) years or more of related experience; Or, High School and four (4) years of related experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance; Interim secret needed to start
• Test Equipment working knowledge
• Wiring Experience

DESIRED

• Active Secret Clearance
• Soldering experience is a plus
