Description
SAIC is seeking a Computer Aided Design (CAD)/Design Engineer with extensive hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit software to create architectural and related discipline 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, families, and components. This position supports the NASA DATSS Program in Washington D.C.

Required Skills:
Five (5) to seven (7) years hands-on knowledge and experience to create, develop, maintain and manage BIM models and CAD drawings using Autodesk AEC Collection 2023 including Revit 2023.
Three (3) to five (5) years hands-on knowledge and experience to use, maintain and manage CAFM databases using Archibus Version 26.2 CAFM data base software.
Background in one or more of the following disciplines and product types is preferred: commercial or government projects, architecture, or interior design.
Background in one or more of the following disciplines is a plus: mechanical, electrical, or plumbing disciplines, or facilities management.
Licensed architect, interior designer, engineer or PMP certification is a plus; but, not a requirement.
Proficient at using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project 2017.
Candidate will work as part of a space planning and facilities team interacting with a diverse group of individuals and customers.
Work location is a Federal Government Site in Washington, DC.
