SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Support Specialist to support the National Counterintelligence and Security  Center’s technology programs. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders driving the future direction of mission systems to protect our nation against intelligence and security threats.

This position will serve as an action officer and assist the group chief with administrative tasks including preparing program documentation such as plans and briefings, communicating with stakeholders and building relationships, as well as monitoring overall program execution from conceptualization to execution. Perform complex administrative services compiling, reviewing, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting IT program information. Independently perform assigned duties as well as exercise judgment and discretion according to established procedures and mandates. This position is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks such as gathering and documenting program updates
  • Prepare correspondence and edit materials including graphics for presentations
  • Assure timeliness and quality of all program related materials
  • Identify and arrange for facilities for meetings and events, both in person and virtual
  • Manage electronic documents and files
  • Coordinate and ensure personnel are supported with the necessary space, supplies, and equipment
  • Assist with meeting operational needs by performing other appropriate, related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
  • Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD and two (2) years or more experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency
  • Demonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independently
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesy
  • Proficiency in standard office software 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in information technology, business administration, journalism, communications, or English
  • Previous experience supporting the ODNI
  • Familiarity with federal resource management, budget execution, and user stories
