JOB DESCRIPTION:
SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide programmatic and technical support to a Customer office that manages a variety of research efforts to ensure that future mission capabilities are ready for tomorrow’s challenging environment. Goals are accomplished through collaboration with mission partners to develop novel solutions to enhance technological capabilities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Principal Investigator and perform strategic duties including:
· Knowledge management.
· Develop and provide technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
· Draft and coordinate Scientific and Technology Memos, Technical Notes, and other reports for dissemination.
· Assist with development of a production plan for reports/products.
· Work with PMs to develop a variety of products including presentations and written products.
· Review and provide technical input on BAAs, SOWs and other source selection documents.
· Plan and participate in technical and peer reviews.
· Provide detailed input on technical reports on a range of topics.
In addition, the candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple tasks. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Create and monitor actions from multiple internal and external sources.
· Track spending plans and budgets for complex programs.
· Draft clear and concise cables on the Customer system, and monitor incoming cables.
· Ensure timely completion of Customer activities and requests.
· Manage monthly status reports, meeting notes, and other program documents; ensure document version control.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
· Must have a Bachelor’s degree in scientific field (e.g. chemistry, biology, physics) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
· Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
· Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with high comfort level management multiple requirements.
· Successful experience implementing metrics that illustrate progress against key goals.
· Demonstrated excellent writing skills.
· Experience monitoring the Customer’s cable system and drafting cables for release.
· Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, including creating engaging PowerPoint slides with limited text.
· Expertise in HIVE, OneNote, or similar application to manage and share program documentation.
