Role Highlights: In this role, you will take the reins of a group of cutting-edge products within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will span from conducting in-depth research and strategic planning to collaborating closely with development teams. Your leadership will be integral in achieving the right balance between individual contributions and effective people management. Position is targeting a consultant from 30-90 hours/month.

Your Mission: Your primary objective will be to assist the P&L lead in a federal services company, crafting a go-to-market strategy for an innovative micro-chip based cyber protection and networking technology. Your tasks will encompass evaluating the commercial potential of the cyber market, establishing strategic partnerships, building and leading a high-performing sales team, assessing investment opportunities, managing a valuable IP portfolio, and creating compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience driving P&L organizations with a track record of generating over $100M in product sales and services revenue.
• Proficiency in government and commercial market dynamics, both for services and products.
• Proven involvement in micro-chip related product development and R&D, preferably in the cyber and network domains.
• Aptitude for harnessing emerging technologies to align with industry trends and counter emerging threats.
• Skilled in navigating legal intricacies, adept at negotiating product licensing and sales agreements, managing an IP portfolio, forging strategic alliances, and establishing joint ventures.
• Success in monetizing new product offerings to drive profitability.
• TS Security Clearance desired.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Target salary range: $215,001 - $225,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
