Work involves varied and complex duties including scheduling meetings, events and travel for the GC, preparing briefing books for meetings, maintaining record systems, and providing professional, courteous service to external and internal customers.

    • Coordinate with other offices to deconflict schedules, meetings, and appointments.
    • Answer phone calls; escort non-cleared personnel in the office; and maintain files.
    • Make copies; scan documents; produce files; serve as the primary scheduler for the GC; and maintain basic office functions.
    • Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.

  •          Attention to detail and ability to multi-task while supporting administrative aspects of an office with multiple management levels.
  •          The ability to leverage established relationships with other DoD components and agencies.
  •          Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and common office software applications.
