Description
Sr. Program Management Analyst
Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Analyzes project requirements and provides support in the areas of business/financial/acquisition management. Also requires experience in complex programs. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models, schedule development and analysis, technical performance measurement, portfolio management governance, budget formulation and investment analysis support for various Acquisition Management System decisions and activities is required. Experience tracking and archiving UAS Certificates of Authorization is desired.
The Planning and Performance Branch (AUS-120) supports the business administration side of the house for AUS that requires coordination, internal corporate communication, relationship management, change management, strategic thinking, and consensus building.
Duties: Provide expertise in researching, deciphering, and drafting responses to complex congressional inquiries received through the Enterprise Document Management Service (EDMS). Support analyzing, managing, tracking, and archiving documents and responses. Support SharePoint (SP) development and assist in managing SP content and accessibility. Support UAS Integration Office Strategic Planning and business planning development. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with senior executives and coordinate actions/responses across multiple FAA LOBs. Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational & time management skills. Must be familiar with the FAA organizational structure, UAS experience is desired.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications: Master’s Degree in related technical or management discipline and 5 years of experience in the above duties. Master’s Degree may be waived with 8 years of experience in performing the above duties and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or other related field.

· Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form.
· Exercise initiative in researching answers and coordinating responses.
· Adaptability when required to take on additional tasks as required.
· Ability to learn quickly, especially technical and regulatory information.
Software Requirements: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word – strong knowledge of Word including document formatting with headers levels and table of contents; creation of tables; document review functions. Microsoft PowerPoint – working knowledge of power point and master slide features. Microsoft Excel – working knowledge of spread sheets and basic excel functions. Knowledge of SharePoint and AdobeConnect.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
