Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide wide-ranging programmatic support on a part-time basis to a Customer program office leading an interagency effort with partnerships across the community against a hard target country of great importance to US future plans. The program office oversees a large effort to create options for the USG against this adversary. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Organize and facilitate program reviews for the thirteen campaigns of the community program of record presented to the appropriate advisory board, and related ad hoc meetings as necessary.
· Work closely with the program co-leads to organize advisory board meetings focused on internal program activities (technical, financial), external technology and policy issues, or to receive compartmented program clearances and briefings.
· Organize, evaluate, and help coordinate the decision-making process regarding program unfunded requirements and objectives in concert with the program co-leads and in conjunction with cross-agency program finance officers.
· Perform all tasks (event planning, security, logistics, etc.) for the two-times-per-year program off-site maximizing collaboration and exploration to solve key intelligence problems, and create opportunities to network with a diverse set of IC and DOD participants.
· Act as the lead coordinator for the program’s Program Management Office (PMO), working with finance officers at multiple agencies to provide best practices for project management, financial planning, and integration support to the program.
· Manage campaign inputs to the repository to review and adjudicate proposals. Facilitate compilation of annual strategy proposals.
· Perform baseline content management and communication duties for establishment of the program’s website. Help determine the most effective and appropriate content to showcase on the site to advertise the program’s capabilities and activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
· Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
· Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 24 hours per week with occasional periods of full-time support depending on requirements, planned well in advance.
· Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
· Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
· Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
· Successful experience planning and executing multi-agency events.
· Working knowledge of IC and DOD organizations and their roles in the IC.
· Skilled with MS Office suite of products, including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to draft and update briefing slides.
