SAIC is seeking a qualified IdAM Engineer (Identity and Access Management) individual for a REMOTE job opportunity supporting the US Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFMS) program. 

AFMS is the premier agency responsible for implementation, integration, and development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and training and analysis standards that support the US Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and mission partners requiring these capabilities to support the Warfighter in full-spectrum operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As an IdAM Engineer, you will play crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining our IdAM infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of IDAM systems and processes, aligning them with business requirements and industry best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, technologies, and standards. 

-Design develop, and implement IdAM solutions to meet business requirements and security objectives.
-Configure and customize IdAM tools, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on systems.
-Integrate IdAM systems with existing applications, directories, and databases.
-Monitor and Manage RedHat SSO instances.
-Monitor and Manage RedHat KeyCloak.
-Provide support to an operational team to troubleshoot, resolve, test and validate solution with customer interaction.
-Collaborate within development team and at times across functional teams to support mission-focus development.
-Reviews recommendations for systems improvement.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, authentication, and authorization.

 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience, or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • DoD 8570 certification in IAT Level II certification or above (Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, CISSP, etc.) or ability to get within 90 days. 
  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • AWS Developer Associate

Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
