SAIC is seeking a Sr. Principal Systems Analyst to provide support to the National Space Test and Training Complex program office in Colorado Springs, CO.
Fun stuff you will do on the job:
- Provide support to capabilities and system development, test, and transition
- Responsible for interfacing with program offices, operational units, customers, and external agencies regarding potential capabilities to be integrated into the range to meet current and future requirements and facilitate their documentation for decision by the Government
- Provide space systems analysis support to the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Electromagnetic Area Team, Digital Enterprise Team, On-Orbit Area Team, and Cyber Area Team
- Provide technical expertise in creating, updating, maintaining and visualizing architecture data
- Provide technical analysis that shapes the development and integrated infrastructure of the NSTTC architecture
Qualifications
This is you:
- Bachelor Degree in a technical field of study or related field with 14+ years of related experience in the below (4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree):
- With a wide array of space capabilities across the USSF Space Operations tactical and operational entities
- Providing operational support/leadership to capabilities and system development, test, and transition
- Experience in PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Digital Transformation software (Platform One, JIRA, Confluence)
- Highly skilled in operational and technical analysis, and employment of Space missions
- Must have a current background investigation commensurate with Top Secret security clearance and able to obtain additional security accesses (willing to consent to a polygraph examination)
You will wow us even more if you have these skills:
- Master's Degree in aerospace engineering or a related field
- Direct experience in the National Security Space mission areas, specifically providing systems analysis for test and training purposes
- Experience in DoD space acquisitions support requirements, processes, and products
- Experience working in development environment and, or U.S. Government space and or ground system program office
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
