JOB DESCRIPTION: 

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support our IC customer in Springfield, VA. This individual will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s Cybersecurity Office as the lead project scheduler. Primary responsibility is to serve as the lead scheduler for the Cybersecurity Office’s Integrated Master Schedule. The individual will coordinate with multiple offices and program leads to populate the Integrated Master Schedule and will ensure project leads are integrated into the Cybersecurity Office’s project management cycle. The program analyst will also deliver weekly snapshots to Chief Information Security Officer and additional leadership for all cybersecurity projects. Other responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of business process improvements and supporting the development, tracking and reporting of business process analytics.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI
  • At least 7 years’ experience leading the development and management of business processes and a program level Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT business processes, specifically Cybersecurity management projects.
  • At least 7 years’ working and scheduling complex program tasks for multiple projects.
  • At least 6 years’ experience using MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of program management concepts, specifically those related to monitoring program execution.
  • Experience working with, and coordinating the activities, of multidisciplinary and disparate teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7 years’ equivalent experience in Business Management or related field
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in working with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office tools to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint.
