Description

SAIC’s Horizon Program is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to support to the US Space Force (USSF) in developing, deploying, and sustaining space warfighter capabilities within the Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power weapon system portfolio located in El Segundo, CA.
 
Fun stuff you will do on the job:
  • Supporting all aspects of the Program Management Office's Planning, Budget and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle
  • Providing senior level budget and financial analysis
  • Assisting with development of spend plans and track current year requests against approved spend plans
  • Maintaining Unfunded Request tracking sheet and make recommendations on funding priorities in accordance with guidance.
  • Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of program output data and information associated with research work plans, budget reports, etc.

Qualifications

This is you:
  • Bachelors and 9 years or more of related experience within financial management of major programs or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Must have an in-scope background investigation (SSBI/T5) and the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Program accesses as well as be willing to consent to a polygraph examination
  • Experience with Program Management Office's Planning, Budget and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle

  • Master’s degree
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP)
  • Experience in the National Security Space and, or the Space Control mission area

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
