SAIC is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to support a contract with the United States Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center QRC Branch.  Work will be performed on-site at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD.

This position is contingent upon contract award which is expected in the Fall of 2023.

This program’s support will include:  systems engineering, prototyping, test & evaluation (T&E), analysis, Information Assurance (IA), Cybersecurity, and other Research & Development (R&D) related activities associated with QRC Muti-Intelligence (MULT-INT) and additional DOD projects across multiple intelligence disciplines.     

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree and Fourteen (14) years of experience. Master's Degree and Twelve (12) years of experience. Four (4) years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of Degree
• Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with supporting signals intelligence operations to include the following areas: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Image Intelligence (IMINT), Technical Intelligence (TECHINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Cyber Intelligence/Digital Network Intelligence (CYINT/DNINT), and Measurement and Signals Intelligence (MASINT)
• PHOTON SW Framework experience

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

• Must have an active TS
• Must be able to obtain a SCI

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Systems and/or Software Engineering experience on a government software development contract
• Experience with software development, installation, and integration activities
• Experience in requirements management
• Experience in CONOPS / OPSCON development
• Experience in integration, and/or verification and validation
• Experience in technical risk management
• Experience in SE process development and deployment
