Description
SAIC is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager with an active TS/SCI who is local to the East Coast to lead a large Combatant Command support program with worldwide impact for the highest levels of the Department of Defense in an innovative network consolidation, maintenance and support. We expect this successful candidate to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this contract.
This role will serve as the focal point between the program and SAIC’s management regarding all issues and discrepancies. This role will ensure full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and has primary responsibility for contract performance. Coupled with serving as the focal point for SAIC and working direct with the assigned Contract Officer Responsible (COR) for this work; the ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of daily activities associated with this work as per the Performance Work Statement and the contract and is also responsible for day-to-day communication with the COR.
The Mission Partner Environment (MPE) is a capability framework enabling commanders to plan and execute Command, Control, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) within appropriate security domains spanning United Stated (U.S.) and Mission Partner (MP) infrastructures with integrated capabilities, processes, and governance. MPs include, but are not limited to, other federal departments and agencies; state, local, and tribal governments and agencies; non-government organizations; private sector organizations; allies, coalitions members, host nations, and other nations; and multinational treaty organizations in accordance with federal laws, policies, and agreements.
Responsibilities:
· Serving as Customer single point of contact for all, technical, administrative, leadership, quality and contractual aspects of the effort
· Building and maintaining working relationships with high level DoD stakeholders, worldwide team members, and corporate partners
· Providing program oversight and leadership for the consolidation of several disparate large projects that support coalition operations and planning
· Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to achieve cost savings and program efficiencies across contract boundaries
· Providing leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to the contract leads, program team leads and individual performers on their team
· Managing the staffing, management, quality, and performance on the contract
