Description
SAIC is seeking an experienced System Integration Chief who will lead a diverse and hardworking team of specialist systems engineers and system designers in support of a distributed ARNG system maintenance mission in Fort Bragg, NC. The ideal candidate will oversee specific ARNG systems, applications, and process designs for very large and complex IT solutions, and for integrating architecture across LAN, WAN, and Cloud infrastructure. This is a hybrid role.
Job Duties:
- Design, develop, and test software and hardware
- Analyze customer requirements and provide highly innovative technical expertise
- Set and maintain standards to meet DoD and internal requirements
- Apply knowledge and application of systems engineering processes and systems integration functions
- Planning and implementation of an integrated schedule
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers with less experience
- Positive “can do” attitude with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Travel up to 10%
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and eighteen (18) years of experience: four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Required Security Clearance:
- Top Secret clearance required
Required Certifications:
- Ability to meet DOD 8570 IAT Level II requirement
Required Skills:
- Software Experience
- Experience working with DoD architecture Framework
- Experience working with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Artifacts to achieve an Authority to Operate (ATO).
