JOB DESCRIPTION:  SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Integrator to support the establishment and sustainment of a technology engagement and technology requirements program for the Customer.  The team is charged with creating a framework that promotes a broader corporate understanding of internal Customer R&D work and builds sustained relationships with R&D partners throughout government, military, academia, and industry.  Key duties for the successful candidate include, but are not limited to:

• Collect and analyze R&D portfolio and project information.

·    Identify and track long-term mission needs and challenges.

·    Engage and build relationships with R&D partners.  Develop knowledge of R&D conducted by USG or large institutions.

·    Create content for R&D portfolio marketing.

·    Manage internal team meetings and daily operational activities.

·    Implement information management and knowledge management.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

Required Qualifications:

• Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
• Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
• Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
• Ability to use MS Office applications and other tools, including virtual platforms, to track initiatives and actions.
• Strong executive presence with successful experience supporting customer of all levels, including providing regular status updates and briefings.
• Knowledge of Customer mission.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and assist in the creation of a strategic plan.
• Ability to assess and categorize seemingly disparate information.
• Ability to create executive level briefings with minimal oversight.

 Desired Qualifications:       

• Experience with the processes and procedures related to interagency agreements.
• Familiarity with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with the work and structure of national labs.
