SAIC’s Innovation Dojo team is looking for a DevOps Agile Coach and masterful facilitator to work full-time on-site in Tampa Florida with a DOD organization. This is a full-time on-site opportunity that involves maintaining a Top-Secret clearance on the job. The executive leadership is highly engaged, listens well, and motivated to succeed in this major transition.

 Coach senior leaders, team, and executives through the execution of large scale DevSecOps and Cloud transformation

 Coach to increase organizational outcomes, flow and competence (including facilitating value stream mapping)

 Coach technical context and shifting security left into DevSecOps pipelines

 Help teams use (and learn to use) DevSecOps automation tools and Cloud solutions

 Create DevSecOps generative cultures with psychological safety

 Build relationships to co-create and collaborate with people at all levels and roles

 Coach, teach, facilitate or mentor on agile approaches at team and org level; SAFe, LeSS, Scrum and Kanban

 Masterfully design and facilitate value stream mapping and other large scale events for lean and enterprise formulation

 Apply human centered design and design thinking in remote visual collaboration tools: Bluescape, Miro and Mural

 Create learning outcomes and content in development of micro and experiential learning

 Coach named agile roles as part of a long-term change sustainment strategy: Product Owners, Scrum Masters

 Work with expert DevSecOps coaches and skilled clients in an outcome-based approach to solving hard problems

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance as needed
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (or equivalent experience), and 14 years or more experience in the field/industry. Masters and 12 years or more experience. PhD or JD and 9 years or more experience
• A minimum of three years of hands-on DevSecOps (DSO) technical coaching experience
• Experience as DevOps Coach at both team and enterprise levels
• Graceful customer, team and executive interaction skills
