The National Security Customer Group of SAIC is seeking a Web Content Administrator to support an IT Service Management effort for USTRANSCOM located at Scott Air Force Base (AFB) in Illinois.  The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract is intended to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command’s infrastructure, systems, and applications. This support will be provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6). 

The successful candidate shall lead activities related to the web development and content management to USTRANSCOM on both the classified and unclassified networks for a large site collection directly supporting approximately 4,000 users across different security classification environments.  

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Design, document, develop (i.e., create and enhance), and maintain portals, sites, and applications to support USTRANSCOM
• Work with other contractors and Government personnel to integrate portals, sites, and applications into USTRANSCOM’s classified and unclassified networks
• Provide maintenance, sustainment, and evolutionary upgrades to legacy portals, sites, and applications—both outward and internal-facing
• Adhere to Government and industry web and security standards
• Assist USTRANSCOM personnel who are assigned Gatekeeper duties in developing and preparing content for publication on USTRANSCOM-managed portals and websites
• Directly support the USTRANSCOM webmaster in the management of the USTRANSCOM web presence
• Monitor and report weekly, quarterly, and annually the number of content support requests and the length of time to complete each request
• Evaluate web content requests received from Gatekeepers for quality and consistency of pesentation
• Complete minor adjustments coordination with the content owner when required
• Assist the webmaster in managing the USTRANSCOM Gatekeeper program by providing administrative oversight and access to essential services restricted to Gatekeepers  

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree

• Active IAT Level II certification (Security+, CECCNA-Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP) 
• Must have at least one Computing Environment (CE) certification or certificate for the technical area of responsibility in any of the following: Software development (e.g., java, .net. C++, python, Visual Basic, etc.) OR Application (e.g., database, backup, automation, webserver, network, proxy, firewall) 
• ITIL Foundations (v3 or higher) certification desired
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Tools and MS 365 
• Experience setting up Power Automate Workflows to automate business processes, and SharePoint forms for tasks. 
• Programming experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XSL and XML 
• Familiarity with PowerShell 
• Knowledge of implementing software in cloud environment that adheres to DOD Security guidelines. 
• Experience researching and writing excellent documentation and examples for technical personnel 
• Experience with MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Excel 
• Ability to manage multiple, high, & competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment 
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures 
• Ability to communicate IT, networking, and security concepts to personnel at all levels of experience and responsibility 
• Ability to become familiar with basic project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. 
• Technical writing and documentation skills. 
• Configuration and change management experience working directly with/for a Government customer. 
• Must be US Citizen
