We are seeking an experienced Technical Targeting Analyst with a background in advanced data-driven methodologies. The Technical Target Analyst (TTA) will have experience in technical intelligence targeting and collection methodologies (e.g. signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, etc.), to include collection management, data processing solutions, data science, and technical analysis, as well as target technologies and exposure to digital network analysis. Other TTA responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g. target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.

The TTA must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelors or higher and minimum 9 + years or more experience as a technical targeting analyst (years of experience can waive education requirement)
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of technical targeting and analysis tradecraft
• SIGINT targeting and analysis, including in-depth knowledge of networks
• Target-package building experience
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and develop innovative solutions and help people connect with resources to optimize the performance of technical targeting analysts
• Demonstrated ability to capture requirements and needs to facilitate effective resolution
• Maintain  appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Must be a self-starter who excels working in teams and individually in high-pressure situations
• Well-versed in working with tools, data sets, and methodologies

Desired:

• TDNA/DNI/DNR experience.
• Demonstrated report-writing skills
• Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods
• Formal technical targeting or USG targeting certification
• Chinese Mandarin language proficiency
