We are searching for a team member that is comfortable working in an engineer role that requires taking ownership and resolving a variety of operational issues. The ideal candidate will join our diverse, seasoned analyst team, leveraging your troubleshooting skills and your innate ability to collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization

Position: FT/PT  : FT Shift (7P-7A; Sat/Sun) and 11P-7A; Mon/Tues)           Travel Y/N?  : No

Top Qualifications, Skills, Experience or Certifications: 

1. Must have strong understanding and experience in Incident Management.
2. Abilities to work under pressure, multitasking several projects under certain time constraints.
3. Work on-site to escort vendors and other personnel as needed.

Job Role Specific Requirements:

   Core responsibilities and duties; highlight day-to-day activities:

4. Monitor Network, Servers and Data Center activities
5. Track and maintain multiple communication channels while aggregating the information into one location
6. Lead bridge meetings with the goal of resolving Major Incidents and updating appropriate parties throughout the process

Qualifications

                       Experience:  Must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience managing data networks, cloud

                       infrastructure, possessing advanced skills and knowledge in routing, switching, and load balancing

                       and firewall managementDuties:  Performs day-to-day activities required to manage data services,

                       utilizing a broad set of tools to design, manage, and maintain all aspect of data networking.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and written skills along with time management.
2. ServiceNow experience working in different modules such as Incident, Reporting, and Asset.

    Note: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and

    the ability to obtain a public trust
