Job Description


SAIC is seeking a Tier 3 Mobile Spt Technician. The individual will handle trouble tickets related to issues arising on the Air Force Network, primarily related to Exchange/Email, and Blackberry (formerly Good Mobile) Messaging servers, and iOS devices. In addition, the individual will field or assist in the fielding of Air Force Network modifications and upgrades.  He/she will also be required to serve as a subject matter/Tier 3 expert in the assigned area of responsibility.


o   Education: BA or BS degree; four years of technical experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

o   Experience: 5+ years of IT experience, specifically in network and systems design and integration into an enterprise environment; 2+ years of experience building and troubleshooting Exchange and mobile messaging servers; 2+ years of technical writing; 2+ years of testing experience

o   Certification:

ยง  DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification and associated CE certificate.

o   Clearance:  Active SECRET clearance
