SAIC has an excellent opportunity for a, fully remote, Solutions Delivery Team Manager to support the Army Cyber Command program to facilitate Army IT delivery through the establishment of an Enterprise-class ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) deployment.

NOTE: This position is Fully Remote / Work from Home. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Candidate will be a key part of a team of IT professionals deploying a cloud based ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) system known as the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP)
• Candidate will act as the new services lead, responsible for new units and organizations transitioning to the AESMP platform and Army Enterprise Service Desk
• Work with Army customers, users, and commercial partners to identify unit's requirements for Tiered IT services and develop service design plans to meet the requirements
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) is MS Project for each organization designated for transition to the AESMP, working with a team of SMEs to provide task level input
  
  Serve as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the program on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives
• Edit, proofread and provide writing support, the conceptualization, layout and preparation of high-quality documents and templates for presentation to Army stakeholders on non-technical and/or technical manuals, procedures and specifications
• Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards that impact enterprise IT operations for the Army

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelors and nine (9)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years' experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Must have experience working in Microsoft Project
• Experience communicating effectively to government customers
• Experience operating in a DoD network environment
• Working knowledge of ITIL in an operational environment

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
• Must be a current US Citizen

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience with ServiceNow
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification

Target salary range: $85,001 - $95,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
