SAIC is seeking a System Administrator at Fort Bragg, North Carolina to support the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Data Center to install and configure the storage environment and network.
NOTE: Fort Bragg, NC is the preferred location, but willing to consider someone in Colorado Springs, CO at Fort Carson, CO.

This position is a Hybrid position, can work from home 3 days, but must be onsite at least 2 days a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Install, upgrade, configure Netapp Ontap 9 environment
• Provide routine administrative support for SAN infrastructure including LUN management, SAN Aggregate allocation, and Storage Allocation
• Provide Tier 3 level troubleshooting and problem resolution for both unclassified and classified systems
• Administration of CIFS, NFS, FC configurations, Cisco MDS fabric switches and configuration, Dell Data Domain systems, Veeam 11.x/12.x, VMware environments, and Windows Operating systems
• Assist with planning, designing, and deployment of SAN architecture
• Create, execute and report on testing and implementation plans

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors and two (2)+ years’ of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Experience maintaining Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows 2019 server platforms
• Experience with storage systems, environments, and protocols

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:

• Must have a DoD 8570 level II or higher certification such as Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP+ CE, etc.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain
•  Must be a current US Citizen

 

Target salary range: $75,001 - $85,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
