This program is responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art facility and infrastructure that supports the customer’s mission, inspires and meets the needs of the high-tech workforce, and increases Intelligence Community (IC) collaboration. The Program Management Office (PMO) reports directly to the Director, who supports the Director of Security and Installations (SI) by leading the planning, design and construction of a secure and modern facility capable of supporting future growth and technological advances, while ensuring a smooth workforce transition.

Successful people in this role will provide support in planning and implementing the seamless move of mission and people from the current location to its new location in St. Louis, MO. Additionally, planning must include and define mission dependencies and include contingency strategies. We are seeking a person expertly versed in deployment logistics associated with corporate or military relocation efforts and planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help develop guidance, policies, procedures, and programs to deploy successfully NGA-West workforce and mission from current to new location
  • Create, document, and execute a deployment plan to move successfully NGA-West people and mission from its current location to its new location without mission degradation.
  • Assist deployment team in communicating deployment process to components and employees
  • Determine increment plans (i.e., the order in which organizations will move) along with contingencies plans if current operations alter the plan so that the overall deployment plan remains on schedule
  • Plan and implement a method to track and maintain accountability of material to include near-real time deployment information from the time the property leaves its current location until it arrives at final office/desk location

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or in a related technical or scientific field such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
  • 10 years of demonstrated experience supporting corporate or Military relocation efforts and planning with similar complexity. Resume must articulate dates and duties performed with specific position responsibilities.
    • In lieu of demonstrated experience, prior commissioned officers or senior enlisted (E-7 and above) with certified awarding of LOGISTICS READINESS OFFICER (LRO) SPECIALTY AFSC 21RX will be acceptable.
  • 4 years demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and executing personnel deployment and resource movement with similar complexity to the NCW Enterprise Deployment effort. Resume must articulate dates and duties performed with specific position responsibilities.
  • TS/SCI

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Logistics or in a related technical or scientific field such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
  • Professional Logistician Certification (by the International Society of Logistics)
  • Knowledge/experience working in the Intelligence Community
