Targeter, TS/SCI & Poly Required

SAIC has an immediate requirement for a Targeter to support a client's unique and dynamic operational requirements. Candidates must be able to prioritize competing requests in a time-sensitive environment. Successful personnel will be able to apply solid targeting acumen in unique and novel ways and will be able to work with mission partners to validate targets and develop specific action plans. This Targeter will work in an environment on the cutting edge of operations and requires resourceful, creative, and bold people who are willing to work the most challenging problems on behalf of client and country. Opportunities for short duration travel may be available on an ad hoc basis. This position requires previous experience conducting HUMINT targeting and/or supporting HUMINT operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 9+ years of relevant intelligence experience
• Must have HUMINT Targeting experience, as well as customer experience
• Active/Current TS/SCI & Poly
• Strong operational background
• Experience using customer tools, including targeting and research applications as well as cable reading, writing, and coordination
• Familiarity with open source and Internet platforms
• Experience working with programs in direct support of field operations and/or with liaison partners
• Previous experience with technical collection programs
• Excellent communication and briefing skills
• Experience with operational tradecraft, workflows, and policies and procedures
