SAIC is looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst in Crane, IN to support the U.S. Navy.

This position assists the government lead in guidance to team members to achieve goals in accordance with project tasking. The person in this position will contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. Assignments are received in the form of objectives and goals will need to be established to meet objectives. 

Job responsibilities include performing system WBS Project updates and PowerPoint updates in support of government customer, assisting with briefs required in support of project execution, helping to put together briefing materials. The person in this position will also provide quality management, analytical support, configuration management, management of records, and correspondence. This position needs someone that is proficient in management of workflows for receiving CM data as well as analyzing and routing data, providing recommendations, monitoring reviews, and reporting status updates. Experience collecting CM data from multiple sources, to organize and analyze data to: manage records, schedules and correspondence, provide analysis, compile metrics, and produce reports in a usable format or report is also needed.  This position requires someone able to work independently and be detail oriented, attend meetings and provide meeting minutes when applicable, work with ERP, IPDM, Haystack, Share drive, process 1149’s and 1348’s and keep a running track on inventory of parts and made parts. 

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years or more of related experience. Additional experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Interim secret needed to start
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and Project
• Have an understanding of government and subcontractors material processes for contractor acquired property, and government furnished property

PREFERRED

• Active Secret Clearance
