JOB DESCRIPTION:  SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator (SI) with multitasking capabilities to work with a Customer team focused on developing a unique way to look at commercial technology from a government perspective.  The team conducts multidisciplinary scientific and technological research, development, and testing to address new mission challenges, and adapt or improve the production of existing solutions.

The program is an innovative effort supporting the broader Customer organization.  The selected candidate will provide systems integration for the structure and governance of this effort.  The candidate will be part of a dynamic team of unique specialists.  The candidate will interact with a wide spectrum of personnel to maintain and successfully advance critical activities for the program.  Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Establish cross team and cross community relationships.
• Work with external users to gather requirements to improve the program’s success.
• Work internally to coordinate work and communication across multiple development and support teams.
• Coordinate with Customer personnel to document program requirements and milestones.
• Create, draft, and review portfolio documentation including schedules, planning documents, presentations, and formal agreements.
• Document meeting results and track action items.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

• Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least ten years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end system integration support.
• Expertise coordinating with other team members for problem solutions, risk reduction, and user satisfaction; confident in making recommendations on process strategies.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, peers, academics, and other professionals, including external agencies, with varied interests and perspectives.
• Demonstrated experience with copy writing and copy editing.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate mission critical ideas.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience managing artifact configuration for enterprise-level systems.
• Successful background performing high-level configuration management.
