JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC has an immediate opening that directly supports national security.  We are seeking a highly motivated and technically oriented Project / System Integrator to provide oversight of system development from inception to sell-off. The ability to learn about technology quickly, communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and work tactfully and collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to meet mission outcomes.  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide oversight of system development from inception to sell-off
• Review and Evaluate Test Plans/Procedures
• Provide verification and validation to system requirements
• Attend monthly program reviews and program design reviews and obtain Sponsor board approval
• Understand and assist of Federal acquisition process
• Provide project planning, budget/finance and logistical support

Qualifications

• TS/SCI and Poly
• BS engineering, science or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 + years’ experience in complex, multi-segment system development and integration environment
• Minimum of 5+ years of system integration and technical development management support
• Experience providing oversight of system development (full life cycle)
• Experience reviewing and evaluating Test Plans/Procedures.
• Experience with verification and validation (system requirements)
• Experience with Federal acquisition process
• Experience providing project planning, budget/finance and logistical support
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability and success working typical organizational relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal skills working sensitive topics and influencing outcomes
• Experience providing support to reviews and technical exchange meetings and making recommendations on future courses of action
• Ability to understand and communicate technical and complex information and convey in terms that are applicable and understandable to technical and non-technical personnel
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with senior customer managers and partners
• Exceptional organizational skills and initiative to follow-through on actions and document important information and decisions
