SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as systems engineering, multi-cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, quantum computing, application development, SecDevOps, cloud network operations, and secure communications.

We are seeking a highly motivated Outreach Lead to join our Information Technology Transformation to Cloud Enterprise (IT2CE) team.  As the Outreach Lead, you will lead all outreach activities and participate in cross-Agency and cross-program communication with various levels of Sponsor leadership engagement.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating activities designed to advertise program successes, gather lessons learned, and promote the benefits of the IT2CE program
• Developing and implementing internal and external IC engagement plans and roadmaps
• Proactively identifying and implementing IT2CE marketing strategies
• Identifying and coordinating with potential users and multi-functional user groups
• Analyzing customer needs, and making appropriate recommendations for message and information development, communication method selection, and timing of messages
• Researching, writing, editing, and publishing communications products
• Managing and monitoring quarterly and monthly engagement schedules
• Developing new engagement methods to reach target audiences
• Supporting Customer Leadership by helping to develop speeches, talking points, video scripts, briefings, and other engagement products

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with eligibility and willingness to take a CI polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related discipline
• 9+ years of experience in marketing and communications
• Experience briefing senior level executives and government officials
• Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and objectives of public information and media relations programs
• Knowledge in mass communication utilizing various media, public speaking, and written communications
• Knowledge in public administration and project management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Desired: 

• Previous experience working with marketing, public relations, advertising, printing, or media production firms
