Description
Are you interested in joining SAIC to be part of our partnership providing high quality engineering advisory services, system planning, integration, and architecture to our government intelligence agency customer? Then consider joining the members of the Enterprise Systems Engineering and Architecture team as they aid our customer in collaborating, integrating, and standardizing the engineering approach across the customers enterprise.
We have a requirement for experienced Business Process Reengineering Specialist in support of customer Agency’s business and financial management process reengineering efforts at their Fort Meade, Maryland, complex. The selected individual will:
Documenting business and financial management functional processes and requirements
Document workflows within each functional area
Review and understand all applicable laws, regulations and policies
Identify and document dependencies
Characterize the “to-be” process environment
Support execution of change management activities to include development of a change management strategy
Identify all impacted stakeholders and users and implement a communications plan for all concerned
Create a sponsor plan to increase engagement
Develop a coaching plan for all identified managers
Assess change management risks and propose mitigation strategies to ease transition to a new environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education from an accredited school or university is required.
At least five (5) years technical writing experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Experience is to include, within the past five (5) years, three (3) years experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
Four (4) years additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year\
Desired but not required:
Experience in acquisition and financial management systems
A demonstrated ability to work constructively and successfully with diverse stakeholders to resolve mission and technical issues.
Self-starter, with high attention to detail, and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools
