SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as systems engineering, multi-cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, quantum computing, application development, DevSecOps, cloud network operations, and secure communications.

We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Delivery - Agilist to join our multi-million dollar National Intelligence program supporting the Cloud Investment Multi-Cloud Management (CIMM) team.  As a contributor to the Intelligence Community’s first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the epicenter of emergent cloud computing technologies, establishing a foundation that will evolve to include all agencies within the IC.  As the Agile Delivery - Agilist, you will be responsible for optimizing the flow of value delivery horizontally across multiple teams and vertically within the delivery teams through the enablement of Lean practices and an Agile environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Using Agile methodology practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions

• Collaborate with other colleagues across the various functions to create an environment built on teamwork, communication, visibility, and engagement

• Assist in removing obstacles and foster an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement to create value for the Sponsor

• Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items

• Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes

• Track project processes, deliverables, and financials

• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

Required

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field

• 9+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum project management

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Strong understanding of Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Lean and/or Kanban)

• Strong understanding of Agile processes and how to effectively utilize them to reach strategic objectives

• Experience managing a customer’s expectations, implementing Agile processes, and ensuring the team’s work aligns with the overarching goals and objectives

• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies

• Working knowledge of practices that support agility (e.g., continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), test driven development, automated test driven development, etc.)

• Experience with Jira administration and Confluence

• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Desired

•  Experience working on multiple cloud platforms

• Experience with requirements analysis tools and processes

• Experience with successful full lifecycle cloud development projects

• Ability to apply principles and techniques of business management, computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis and other methodology, as appropriate (e.g., Six Sigma and/or Rational Unified Process)

• Certification(s):

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
