Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a Sr Developer to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
JOB DESCRIPTION: Guides planning, design, and engineering necessary to provide integrated operational dashboard (IOD) solutions for the DCSA’s NIPR and SIPR enclaves IAW with DCSA and DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices. Supports the systems engineering discipline’s efforts to investigate, analyze, evaluate, plan, design, build, test, deploy, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot solutions for the DCSA IT environment in a highly integrated seamless manner, ensuring alignment with enterprise-level goals. Provides technical expertise and designs technical solutions IAW DCSA requirements, creating functional design specifications and reference architectures. Uses tools to integrate enterprise systems, applications, and data. Directs development of automated capabilities into the dashboard including real-time health and status monitoring and data collection, analytics, and metrics; single pane operational pictures and user-based views; operational indicators; active link, two-way communication; report generation; POA&Ms status views; and upcoming maintenance renewals. Creates plans and requirements for deployment, testing and debugging. Analyzes and documents current strategy, architecture, posture, polices, operations and capabilities to identify gaps, risks, or weaknesses, and provides improvement recommendations, impacts, and roadblocks. Ensures architectural plans can be and are implemented both securely and reliably. Creates implementation roadmaps. Creates low-level design artifacts, including architecture diagrams and mapping specifications. Supports updating of the IOD Project Plan with scope, milestones, schedule, and integration plan to achieve IOC.

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
