Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).  The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialis to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.  
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.  
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
 
JOB DESCRIPTION: Establishes and manages quality assurance and control for the DCSA OCIO web content and SharePoint services program. Reviews, and updates a Baseline Quality Management Plan (QMP) that describes application of the appropriate methodology and metrics for accomplishing and measuring Government-approved performance expectations and objectives as applicable to web content and SharePoint services. Develops and implements processes, procedures, and test/validation plans that conform to the QMP, as well as to contract and regulatory requirements. Devises procedures for and conducts audit, inspection, documentation, reporting, and resolution of quality assurance issues at all stages of the life cycle, including new and existing hardware and software products, data, databases, web content, SharePoint sites, networks, servers, facilities, systems, and services. Communicates with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections. Monitors all operations that affect quality and continuously observes and analyzes quality data records to intervene with new or adjusted quality control measures to address habitual or newly discovered areas of performance deficiencies.

Qualifications

It is required that the Quality Assurance Specialist Journeyman have the following qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience 
  • Secret Clearance 
  • Must have experience with QA and continual process improvement

Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
