The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
Job Description
Provides scheduling and other program support to management’s efforts to prepare, update, and execute the Project Management Plan (PMP) for the DCSA OCIO IT services improvement program. Supports development, updating, and maintenance of native products, narratives, and graphics describing or presenting the management approach, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), risk management approach, Communications Plan, and QMP for the PMP. Stays abreast of and implements standard program planning and control processes, tools and practices to use in supporting development of and executing the PMP. Ensures that schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across projects and functions. Prepares a Task Order Integrated Master Schedule (TO IMS) for incorporation into the IT Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Develops, maintains and reviews weekly the IT Integrated Master Plan (IMP). Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Suggests/creates/implements methods to enhance cost and schedule performance. Performs schedule risk analyses and identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Provides scheduling information in support of the Project Kick-off Meeting and the Monthly Status Reports.
Qualifications
It is required that the Program Analyst / Scheduler Senior have the following qualifications:
BA/BS degree
Minimum of 6 years' related experience
Active Secret clearance required to start
Desired Qualifications
MA/MS with 4+ years of experience
Top Secret or higher clearance
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
