SAIC is seeking an Acquisition SETA to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program. The position will be located in Chantilly, VA. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph for consideration.
LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete program life cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
Acquisition experience on NRO contracts performing the following tasks:
- Writing Contracts Requirements Packages to include: Acquisition Strategy Council, statements of work, JAA, Market Surveys, CDRLs
- Supporting all aspects of a contract competition to include:
- Developing contract cost estimates
- Evaluating bidder proposals against source selection criteria
- Supporting/ researching responses to bidder questions
- Providing support to the COTR on all documents needed for a contract award
- Support the COTR in monitoring contractor performance from technical, cost, schedule and performance management perspective and proactively address issues
- Support contract actions such as engineering change proposals (ECPs), Acquisition Strategy Council (ASC) documents and other documents as needed to include supporting sole source justification
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Must be a U.S Citizen
- Bachelor and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and zero (0) years or more experience
- Professional experience performing technical work in a technical environment
- Understanding of the systems engineering process
- Understanding of the software engineering process
Desired Qualifications:
- General knowledge of NRO GEOINT and SIGINT collection/ ground processing
- General knowledge of the IC
- Knowledge on automated strategies and sense-making
