Description

SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Project Integrator that is part of an integrated team that will track program requirements: ensuring priorities, deadlines, and daily actions are met while collaborating with the extended team and platform stakeholders to meet the mission needs. User requirements and subsequent application features are implemented on an iterative basis in accordance with the Agile Scrum paradigm.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate stakeholder engagements such as virtual and in-person user requirements gathering sessions and trainings
Prepare meeting agendas and collect meeting minutes
Track POCs, tasks, and action items to meet program deadlines
Track tasks and user stories
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, Business or a related discipline. Note that years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:
Working within an Agile Scrum team environment
Performing requirements analysis
Performing strategic planning
Presenting financial data to non-financial experts
Working with commercial financial data sets
Managing IT projects
Using issue tracking applications such as Jira
Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence or similar

Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Six Sigma Certification
