SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Project Integrator who will facilitate and participate in meetings and information sessions, coordinate project schedules, create and distribute minutes and action items, and trace action items for successful completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
• Maintaining files, records, files for reports, documentation, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence
• Supporting tasks that require the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations
• Supporting the project manager, as required
• Assisting in the preparation of management plans and reports, and compose technical documents, including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. Note that years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:

• Working with financial data sets
• Gathering and analyzing requirements
• Presenting financial data to non-financial experts
• Managing data to include registering and tracking data via data management processes
• Working in an Agile Scrum team environment
• Using issue tracking applications such as Jira (preferred) or similar
• Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence (preferred) or similar

Desired: 

• One or more of the following certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
