SAIC is seeking professionals at various experience levels to provide support services including Business Analysis and Program Control in support of a critical Government program. 

These business professionals will:

• Work with the Portfolio Program Managers to provide analytical services to support the operations of the Portfolios. This support includes:
  • Managing and reporting on cost, schedule, quality, and performance goals
  • Coordinating and documenting project reviews to capture ongoing program and project data and information
  • Managing and monitoring the action item database and risk management activities
  • Developing strategies for organizational development including providing advice on the allocation of tasks to organizational elements, definition of key processes, and strategies for workforce development
  • Facilitating the organization, management, and control of all program management-related documents and artifacts
  • Developing and updating a master schedule of staff that includes the portfolios and specific projects that they are supporting
•  Assist the PMOD in the technical engineering management of the PMOD portfolio of programs, projects, demonstrations, and other efforts. This includes maintaining comprehensive awareness of the programs and contracts’ progress with respect to cost, schedule, and performance as an enabler to informed decision making.
