Are you interested in joining SAIC to be part of our partnership providing high quality engineering services, system planning, integration, and architecture to our government intelligence agency customer? Then consider joining the members of the SAIC team supporting the Fort Meade government customer Enterprise Systems Engineering organization.

We have a current requirement for experienced Senior Process Engineers to support our government customer in their Columbia Maryland facility. The Process Engineer will: 

  • Work with Capabilities Senior Executives and their staffs to build agendas, manage boards and councils and provide accurate and thorough meeting minutes detailing decisions and actions.
  • Work with supporting staffs to ensure board and council meetings are managed and run in accurate and timely manner.
  • Increase the visibility of service offerings through tailored communications;
  • Plan and manage article and announcement release schedule and facilitate publishing;
  • Review all artifacts assigned to be published for style, accuracy, and consistency;

Qualifications

  • Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Candidates must qualify as a Process Engineer Level 2
    • Twelve (12) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
      • Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years experience in facilitation, training, methodology development or evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, education, or related field/discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
