SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as systems engineering, multi-cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, quantum computing, application development, SecDevOps, cloud network operations, and secure communications.

We are seeking a highly motivated Content and Configuration Manager to join our Information Technology Transformation to Cloud Enterprise (IT2CE) team.  As the Content and Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for the content and configuring of the program’s multi-cloud dashboard that will house libraries of best practice in multi-cloud.  Additionally, you will work closely with project teams, editors, developers, and designers to coordinate the site content and ensure it caters to the needs of the target audience.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing and creating a range of content that is accessible to a wide variety of users
• Designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, configuring, and maintaining the portal for internal and external communications within the program
• Ensuring the portal is available to the desired audience with appropriate links and security
• Developing, assessing, and communicating portal usage, and security policies and procedures
• Researching and evaluating new related technologies
• Collaborating with team members to develop a content strategy that promotes internal and external user engagement
• Utilizing effective methods for presenting content on the web

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with eligibility and willingness to take a CI polygraph 
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline 
• 5+ years of experience creating, developing, implementing, and managing web communication strategies to inform internal and external audiences, and achieve business goals 
• 5+ years of experience in configuration management
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Desired:

• Experience in a cloud and/or hybrid environment
• Experience in any of the following Cloud Service Providers (CSPs):
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • IBM Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
