This is an opportunity to challenge and grow your professional background and combined experiences by supporting a high-performing, technically diverse portfolio of programs within the National Intelligence Community Business Unit. If you are ready to prepare for a new career in staffing or take your current skills and experience to another level, this opportunity awaits you.

The position is based out of our Chantilly, VA office. A potential opportunity to work remotely one (1) day per week exists after appropriate training and demonstrated dedication and commitment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking candidate activity for potential new hires, employee referrals, and employees in redeployment
  • Maintaining documentation in the MS Teams-based staffing portal
  • Reviewing resumes and translating information into program specific resume templates
  • Capturing and tracking staffing updates and action items in staffing-related meetings

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • One (1) or more year of relevant experience as a Staffing Associate, Staffing Specialist, Resource Manager, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in the following:
    • Organizational experience with tangible results
    • Working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Word and Excel
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
