SAIC has an immediate opening for a Program/Systems Integrator.  We are looking for a capable and mission-focused candidate to provide executive-level support to a customer organization. The willingness and ability to work in a highly dynamic and changing environment against tight deadlines is essential. The ability to perform whatever task is needed on any given day with a “can do” attitude will be critical.   

Qualifications

• • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Exceptionally strong MS Office skills to be able to format and present information for the customer
  • Experience with customer business systems/tools (e.g. action database, shared websites, calendar tools, etc)
  • Ability to quickly learn new enterprise applications/tools
  • Ability to identify, acquire and combine relevant business data into visualizations and presentations to inform executives
  • Experience designing, improving and implementing business processes
  • Exceptional initiative and ability to perform tasks with limited oversight
  • Broad management consulting skills such as strategic planning, organizational design, process design, governance design and facilitation
  • Ability to document meeting minutes and capture and track action items
  • Ability to track key performance indicators

Desired:

• • Experience automating business processes
  • Experience designing efficient mechanisms to collect business data via form-based IT systems and tools
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
  • Experience drafting written communications for executive audiences
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational transitions and stand-ups
  • Experience supporting the physical relocation of large organizations
