We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team supporting our intelligence community customer's CIOT division. This team provides support to agency web analytics - providing staff to monitor, maintain, and build systems: help guide business decisions based on data, set up and maintain account access, and answer user questions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Web/IT engineering. The supported system administration skills, PHP, C#, Node, and an understanding of transport configurations along with various other web/cloud technologies. This role will help manage system and database administration to ensure the appropriate server performance supports the agency's web ecosystem. 

Duties may include: 

• Update XACTA 360 application on COE
  • keep software/hardware inventory updated
  • create/modify test plans
  • create/update architectural diagrams when needed
• Submit Security Change Forms (SIDR)
• Submit SWAP Requests as needed
• Work with TESR to obtain/maintain all TEFI SPIDs and accreditation
• Work with system admins on data calls 
• Serve as Information System Security Officer (ISSO)
• Ensure that Matomo and the underlying architecture maintain accreditation across all supported domains
• Ensure all security policies are implemented across the systems

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelors and seven (7) years or more experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience in documenting the management of systems in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing system security management in primary networks.
• Demonstrated experience managing the deployment, integration, and management of systems n hybrid environments (a mix of virtual and physical IT infrastructure). 

Desired

• Demonstrated experience with at least 5 of the following languages/technologies including Angular, React, Node JavaScript (NodeJS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript (JS) Angular JavaScript (Angular JS) / Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (Ajax) Represented State Transfer (RES, WebPackJS, Bootstrap JS, Linux, Solr, D3 and/or Python. 
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation. 
• Possess the ability to operate in a secure, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
