Description

SAIC Naval Business Unit is seeking a qualified MOC Requirements Analyst at Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), Suffolk, VA to support their Operational Level of War / Maritime Operations Center (OLW / MOC) Requirements and Force Development Branch. Work will be performed on site.

Support will include a broad range of technical services to address wholeness gaps and OLW manpower, personnel, training and education (MPT&E) issues across the range of OLW/ MOC activities. The candidate will work MPT&E and capability assessment issues to develop solutions in the areas of operational planning, operational assessment, maritime targeting, and the integration of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of experience and Bachelors degree, or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Five (5) years’ experience within the last ten years as a requirements or capabilities analyst on a CCDR, NFC, NCC, Joint, service, or Echelon III or above flag staff
  • Three (3) or more years’ experience as a Program Analyst on an NFC, NCC, CCMD, or joint staff in an OLW/MOC C2, planning & assessment, kinetic and non-kinetic requirements related position required. 
  • Three (3) years of experience working as a Program Analyst related to the following programs:  Command & Control, Battle Management Communications (C2BMC); Global Command and Control System – Maritime (GCCS-M); Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS); Maritime IAMD Planning System (MIPS); AEGIS Mission Planner, MOC System of Systems, Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS); Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI); and Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT). 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the OPNAV PPBE process.
  • Possess analytical skills to support identification, substantiation and advocacy of OLW/MOC C2, planning & assessment, maritime kinetic and non-kinetic fires requirements 

Required Clearance:

  • Current DoD Top Secret, must be TS/SCI eligible.
