Description

• Developing a straining strategy and training plan that will increase internal team and government customer knowledge about the Space Sensing mission systems and their operations
• Developing a role-based training curriculum with content requirements that are tailored to the nature of each group’s job responsibilities
• Developing and executing a knowledge transfer approach to tap knowledge from subject matter experts and help distribute it to increase the broader team’s overall understanding of these complex missions
• Leveraging multi-media technologies to facilitate training.  These will include, but are not limited to, cloud-based applications, presentation slides and posters, videos, and immersive virtual reality technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent technical discipline and nine (9) years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience or Master’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent technical discipline and seven (7) years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with multi-media content creation
• Relevant DoD space system experience
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communications skills

• Masters of Science in engineering, science or related technical field
• Systems engineering and integration related or equivalent experience
• Experience in large Government systems acquisition
• Thorough understanding of OPIR space & ground systems
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
